The 'SmokeEater Ticket Give-away' is sponsored by Your Local Home Team. This contest is governed by these official rules ("Official Rules"). By participating in the contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the give away, as determine by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. Eligibility
The contest is open to legal residents of British Columbia where not prohibited by law, who are 19 years of age or older at the time of entry who have Internet access and a valid e-mail account prior to the beginnning of the Give away period. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.
Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins January 18th, 2019 at 10 am PST and ends January 25th at 10 am PST. All entries (submissions) must be received on or before the time stated during that submission period. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest at their sole discretion.
To Win
You can enter the Sweepstakes through the Sponsor Facebook Page. A random draw will be held on Monday, January 28/2019. The chances of being selected depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. All decisions of the sponsor with respect to all aspects of the contest are final.
The selected winner will be announced on Ron & Darlene Your Local Home Team's Facebook timeline. In order to win, the selected entrant must have complied with and must remain in compliance with these rules in full and completed the eligibility requirements as outlined on the Sponsor's Facebook page.
Sponosr may request valid proof of identify, residency, age and other relevant documentation and Sponsor may disqualify a selected entrant if they determine at their sole discretion that the provided proof is not sufficient.
Each prize must be claimed from Your Local Home Team's office at 1989 Main Street, Fruitvale, BC unless other arrangements have been mutually agreed upon by sponsor and selected entrant.
